Tulsa Metro Pipe Band wins first place at it’s first competition! Tulsa Metro won the 1st in its grade at the Oklahoma Scottish Festival. The competition was Tulsa Metro’s debut as Tulsa’s newest pipe band. Our next competition will be in Batesville, Arkansas for the Arkansas Scottish Festival.
