Many bands take months to plan for the big day, and so has the Tulsa Metro Pipe Band. This year, like years past, the band will be traveling around on a ‘Tour de Tulsa’. Our first stop will be Kilkenny’s, on Cherry Street, from 4pm to 5pm.
